This is it...Summer!

I can hardly believe that June is more than half over.  We have been very busy with gymnastics, ballet, swimming, and soon to start soccer skills camp.  Things around the house are busy as well.  After two years I finally got my front yard done with some much needed help from a good friend.  After two weeks my rose bush has finally produced some roses and thus my feeling of failure has resolved:)  The weather seems to finally be clearing up and summer seems to be peaking through.  We have trips to the lake planned yet this summer and I have a girls trip to AZ that I am looking forward to very much.  Brian is finally taking time off on Fridays when he is able and those days continue to be our date days.  Although it may sound weird the little things like spending an afternoon a week together even if just for a few hours are what matter the most.  So today we take in a matinee and if we are lucky get a few moments to just relax together.  Life if beautiful, life is good, but most of all our life is everything we hoped it would be.
